Data you give us yourself: your name and email address when you request a free guide, and the details you share when you book an appointment, call or email.

If you become a client, we process the data needed for mortgage advice and arranging financing, such as your income, assets, liabilities, identity details and details of the property.

When you visit the website, we measure anonymously how the site is used, without cookies and without identifying you personally.

To send you the guide you requested and, occasionally, relevant information by email. The legal basis is your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.

To schedule your appointment and stay in touch about your question.

To advise you and apply for your mortgage or financing. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement and our legal obligations, including those under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft).

To improve our website, based on anonymous statistics.

We never sell your data. We only share it when needed for our services, for example with lenders, notaries and valuers, and with service providers who help us: website hosting, appointment scheduling (Calendly), processing guide requests, the financing check (Capsearch) and email. We agree with these parties how your data is secured.

No longer than necessary. Guide requests are kept until you unsubscribe. Client files are kept for as long as the law requires, including the seven-year tax retention obligation.

This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies. The calendar (Calendly) and the map (Google Maps) only load when you click on them; those services may then place their own cookies. The financing check runs on the Capsearch platform (fundingcheck.eu), where Capsearch's privacy and cookie policy applies.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use and to withdraw your consent. Email info@hansbond.nl and we will respond within one month.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would like to hear it first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful use. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
